Travel ANVR Condition

Nile Travel is affiliated with the ANVR, SGR and the calamity fund. Here are the conditions of travel ANVR ANVR member as we are required to handle. It contains also a number of additional conditions listed on our tours (at the end of the conditions).

Introduction

To book a trip of a ANVR tour operator, which ANVR Travel conditions apply, then apply this ANVR Travel conditions for the entire process, from consultancy to implementation of the package. If the agent itself, his own name travel organizer, or a tour operator sells travel not established in the Netherlands, is he regarded the trip as a tour organizer. Also on that trip, the ANVR Conditions of Use apply.

The travel agent can make a reservation for you. He brings a contract between you and your chosen service provider. The retailer is not itself a party to the final agreement. Example, he can make reservations for single tickets, train tickets, theater tickets and hotel rooms, and insurance for your insurance.

The travel agent is not liable for the proper execution by him of the reserved services. This is usually the delivery of the service, eg the carrier or hotelier, apply. The retailer is of course responsible for careful implementation of the services rendered by himself, as for proper advice and proper handling of the reservation.

You are responsible for providing the information necessary for a proper reservation to create and implement. This example concerns the provision of the correct name, address, date of birth, nationality, etc. Also you are responsible for that when traveling in possession of proper travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates). This point will the travel agent booking or general information you can provide. The travel agent will generally direct the commissioning provide confirmation. Additional Clause: The agent may own self-imposed rules to add the following ANVR Reisvoorwaarden. This consultation has not occurred between ANVR and Consumers in the context of the Self-Talk Coordination of the Economic and Social Council. Subject to authorization under Article 1 paragraph 4, those provisions do not affect the travel conditions and are strictly for the position of consumers continue to strengthen.

Article 1 Introductory provisions

1. In these Booking Conditions shall apply:

Tour operator: A person who, in pursuit of their business, in his own name to the public or to a group of people to offer organized trips.

Travel Agreement: The agreement with a tour operator agrees with the other party undertakes to provide him an offer of prearranged tour one night or a period of more than 24 hours and includes at least two of the following services:

a. Transport

b. Stay

c. Another, not to transport or accommodation-related tourist office, a significant proportion of the travel forms.

Own transport tours: Travel with only the passenger booking holiday accommodation and transport yourself organized.

Solo: a. the other party of the tour operator, or

b. The person for whom the journey is negotiated and accepted that clause, or

c. person who, pursuant to Article 8 of these conditions the legal relationship to the tour operator is transferred.

Boekingskantoor: the company that between a passenger and the travel agency mediates in the conclusion of the travel contract.

Working days: the days Monday to Saturday, excluding legal holidays.

Office hours: Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 17.30 hours and Saturday from 10.00 - 16.00 hours, except legal holidays.




2. These travel conditions apply to all travel arrangements and agreements with respect to private transport trips and travel by shuttle bus. The tour operator may stipulate that travel conditions also apply to contracts on other trips, so long as the publication is mentioned.




3. The amounts indicated in these conditions apply, as appropriate, including VAT.




4. Organizers of cruises, scheduled travel, adventure trips and travel outside Europe and the Mediterranean countries can derogate from the provisions of Article 3 paragraph 1 and Article 9 paragraph 2. They are such different provisions prior to the passenger clearly known.

Article 2 Establishment and content agreement

1. a. The contract is formed by acceptance by the passenger of the offer of the tour operator. The acceptance may either directly or through mediation by booking a place. After conclusion of the contract the passenger in writing or electronically as soon as possible to confirm this, possibly in the form of an invoice.

b. By booking through the travel agency Internet addresses the booking process so that the traveler before acceptance noted that he is a contractual agreement. The confirmation of the booking by the tour operator is the traveler bound by this Agreement.




2. The offer of the travel agency is binding and may be revoked if necessary by this. Revocation for correction of errors in the calculation of the fare or other errors is permitted. This should be as soon as possible and within 8 hours after acceptance, be made by giving reasons. Revocation due to the fare increase must meet the requirements of Article 4.




3. The tour operator has the right to contract with immediate effect to say, if the number of applications is less than the required minimum. He mentions the notice and the required minimum number of notifications clearly in the publication. The termination shall within the period mentioned in the publishing and writing. Articles 10 and 12 are not applicable.




4. a. The traveler provided the booking or tour operator before or later than the conclusion of the Agreement, all information about himself and he notified passengers that may be relevant for the conclusion or execution of the contract. He also mentions details about the quality or composition of his notified group travelers who may be important for the proper performance of the tour by the tour.

b. If he falls short in this information and this means that the traveler (s) by the tour operator of (further) participation in the trip in accordance with Article 15 paragraph 2 is (are) excluded, the costs referred to in that Article charged to him.




5. a. The person on behalf or for another a contractual agreement (the notifier), is severally liable for all obligations arising from the agreement.

b. All traffic (including payments) between the passenger (s) and the travel and / or other booking agent runs only through the notifier.

c. The (other) passenger (s) is (are) his (their) own part responsible.




6. a. If agreed the trip is included in a publication of the travel agency the information contained herein are part of the agreement.

b. If the tour operator general reservations in the general part of the program and incorporated them into conflict with the travel conditions, subject to the most favorable provisions for the traveler.

c. Obvious errors and obvious mistakes bind the tour organizer. Such errors and mistakes are mistakes and errors - from the perspective of the average traveler - at first sight as such are known or should be.




7. a. On medical grounds to deviations or additions to the tour offered by the tour operator be required (medical essentials). The tour operator will make a genuine effort to give effect to this order, unless not reasonably be demanded of him.

Medical essentials need the express written consent of the tour operator.

b. The tour operator in which case the right to charge following costs:

- The deviation or addition to an amount related organization costs

from € 23, - per booking (for private transport trips € 11, - per booking if

less than 5 days or stay in the Netherlands);

- Communication;

- Possible, by the implementation of the travel service providers involved in

charged additional costs.

c. A core application other than medical grounds (other essentials), the only tour operator in treatment, if a reasonable chance of success. In that case he is entitled to the following costs to charge:

- The organizational costs associated with the application of € 27, - per booking (at

private transport trips € 14, - per booking if shorter than 5 days or stay

the Netherlands);

- Communication;

- Possible, by the implementation of the travel service providers involved in

charged additional costs.

These applications require the express written consent of the tour operator.




8. a. For transportation elements of the trip, departure and arrival times are listed in the travel documents. These times are final. The tour operator can now only within reasonable limits and only if enforcement of these times can not reasonably be required of him differ. In that case, Articles 11 and 12 do not apply.

b. In air transport, the identity of the operating carrier once it is known in the travel agency to the traveler published, if possible and by booking in providing the travel documents.




9. The tour operator is not responsible for general information in photographs, brochures, advertisements, websites and other media, where the responsibility of third parties made or issued.

Article 3 Payment

1. A. At the conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 15% of the total fare agreed to be paid. Organizers of cruises, scheduled travel, adventure trips and travel outside Europe and the Mediterranean countries may differ. They make it clear to the traveler prior notice.

b. In case of private transport trips to hotels, the deposit 20% of the fare.

c. In case of private transport trips to units such as bungalows, apartments, motorboats, sailing boats, mobile homes, camping pitches the deposit is 30% of the fare.




2. The balance of the rental must be within six weeks before the day of departure (in private transport trips to the arrival date of the first booked holiday) in the possession of the booking.

For late payment, the traveler is in default. He is there by or on behalf of the travel agency and has stated in writing still the possibility the outstanding amount within 7 days to comply. If payment fails even then, the Agreement shall be canceled on the day of default. The tour operator is entitled to them due to charge cancellation. In such case the provisions of Article 9 shall apply and the funds already paid by the cancellation are settled.




3. If the contract within 6 weeks to the day of departure exists, the entire sum be paid immediately.

Article 4 Travel sum

1. The published fare is per person, unless otherwise indicated. This includes the services and facilities as the publication. *)




2. The published fare is based on prices, exchange rates, duties and taxes, as the travel agency known at the time of printing giving the publication.




3. While not the entire sum is paid, the travel agency has the right to 20 days before the day of departure (in private transport trips to the arrival date of the first booked holiday) the fare increase related to changes in transportation (including fuel costs), taxes, fees and applicable exchange rates. The tour operator will indicate how the increase is calculated. These changes will also result in reduction of the fare, unless, given the associated costs, not reasonably by the tour operator may be required. The tour operator will identify the traveler how the reduction is calculated.




4. a. Charter Air Travel Europe

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 3, the tour operator after the completion of the travel agreement of the charter flights by fare airlines Dutch exported to European destinations and the Mediterranean countries do not change.

b. Other travel

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 3, the travel agency after timely payment of the entire sum from six weeks to the day of departure (in private transport trips to the arrival date of the first booked holiday) does not change the fare.

c. Notwithstanding the sub a. and b. and only in case of some unforeseeable

- Increases in taxes or levies, or

- Extreme increase in transport

, the tour operator to 20 days before the day of departure the fare increase. ANVR and Consumers together determine whether such a situation exists. If there be no agreement is reached, a jointly to appoint an independent third party be asked about a binding ruling.




5. a. The passenger has the right to increase the fare under the two preceding paragraphs to reject. He must - on pain of loss - this right within 3 business days after receipt of the notice of the increase.

b. If the passenger refuses the fare increase, the tour operator has the right to terminate the contract. He must - on pain of loss - within 7 days of receipt of the notification by the traveler on the increase of this right. Then the passenger is entitled to immediate cancellation or refund of funds already paid. Articles 10, 11 and 12 are not applicable.




*) Article 4 paragraph 1, after accepting the Code Travel offers as follows:

1. The published fare is per person, unless otherwise indicated. This includes the services and facilities mentioned in the publication, whether or not to specify different costs, including at the time of publication known unavoidable additional costs that the traveler must pay for the services provided. Under unavoidable additional costs means costs that are inextricably linked to the service. Does not include the cost of additional services requested by the traveler, the tour operator or by third party licensees, including insurance premiums, and expenses which party to be charged per booking and vary depending on the size of the party, and booking costs per sales channel may vary.

Article 5 Information

1. By the conclusion of the contract will or because the travel agency to the general Dutch nationality-oriented information on passports, visas and any health formalities are provided to the traveler. The traveler is responsible to the relevant authorities the necessary additional information to obtain timely and well before departure to check the previously obtained information is not changed now.




2. If the passenger does not travel (whole) may make the absence of any (valid) document, this comes with all the associated effects on its behalf, unless the tour operator has committed to ensuring that paper and the lack of it can be allocated or the tour operator failed to in the preceding paragraph obligation.




3. The traveler is responsible for with them the necessary documents, including an all sufficient passport validity requirements, or, where permitted, an identity card and any necessary visas, vaccinations and proof of vaccinations, license and green card.




4. By or due to the tour operator will provide information about the traveler the opportunity to take out a cancellation insurance and travel insurance.

Article 6 Travel documents

1. The tour operator shall provide the necessary travel documents within 10 days before date of departure (in private transport trips to the arrival date of the first booked holiday) in the possession of the passenger, unless the tour operator not reasonably be demanded.




2. If the traveler later than 5 days before departure have not received travel documents, he or she shall promptly inform the tour operator or booking agent.




3. a. If a trip is booked within 10 days before the day of departure (in private transport trips: before the arrival of the first booked holiday), the tour operator or booking to when and how the necessary travel documents in the possession of the travelers are made.

b. If the traveler has not received accordingly, refer the matter immediately to the tour operator or booking agent.

Article 7 Amendments by the traveler

1. After completion of the agreement, the modification of passenger requests. This is the condition that the modified passenger fare paid less the applicable requirements.
